All products are covered by an 6-month craftsmanship guarantee from the date of delivery. This guarantee applies to any defects in materials or workmanship, including stitching and hardware.
Our pieces are made from 100% natural Colombian leather, a material valued for its authenticity and character. As a result, subtle variations in texture, grain, or markings may be present. These natural characteristics are part of the beauty of genuine leather and should not be considered defects. Therefore, they are not covered under this guarantee.
Because natural leather is a living material, it requires proper care. We recommend conditioning your piece regularly with a leather cream to maintain its appearance and longevity, as outlined in our Leather Care section.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, lack of maintenance, or damage caused by accidents.
