FREE 30-DAY RETURNS

We want you to love your La Marqueza piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are simple:

  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and unaltered
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
  • Proof of purchase is required

REFUNDS

  • Full refunds are issued to your original payment method for returns within 30 days
  • Once your return is received and approved, please allow 8–10 business days for processing
  • Your bank may take an additional up to 7 business days to reflect the refund

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Returns must be authorized before being sent
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
  • La Marqueza reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our quality standards

INSURANCE & LIABILITY

La Marqueza is not responsible for lost packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
