We offer shipping across the United States from Colombia, South America, through our trusted international carrier, FedEx.
Each order is carefully prepared with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring you receive a flawless piece as quickly as possible. In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If an item is not currently available, it will be handcrafted especially for you, with a production time of 3–4 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 6 – 9 business days, depending on the destination city within the United States.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package in real time. While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Should any unexpected delay occur, we will keep you informed.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process shipments on weekends or holidays.
